1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or purchasing access to any Lumaire course or training material ("the Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services. You represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
2. Our services
Lumaire provides online AI training courses and materials delivered through lumaire.ai. We offer five progressive training levels spanning AI fundamentals to executive strategy. Course content is provided in text, video, and interactive formats. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any course or material at any time, though we will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes.
3. Accounts
To access paid content, you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;
- All activities that occur under your account;
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You may not share your account credentials with others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are shared or used in violation of these Terms.
4. Payments and pricing
Course access is sold as a one-time purchase per level. Prices are displayed on our website and are subject to change. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By making a purchase you agree to Stripe's Service Agreement and Privacy Policy.
All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our content, we generally do not offer refunds once access has been granted. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us at hello@lumaire.ai within 30 days and we will review your case.
Lumaire does not store your payment card details — all payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe.
5. Course content and intellectual property
All course materials, including text, videos, graphics, logos, and software, are the intellectual property of Lumaire or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the course content for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes only.
You may not:
- Redistribute, share, or publicly post course content;
- Use our content to teach or train third parties without written permission;
- Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices;
- Copy or reproduce course materials for commercial purposes;
- Sublicense, resell, or grant access to your purchased content to others.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use our Services to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation;
- Infringe on the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party;
- Introduce malicious code, viruses, or any harmful component;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts;
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to extract or harvest content without permission;
- Engage in any activity that disrupts, degrades, or threatens the integrity of our platform.

THE SERVICES AND COURSE CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date AI training content, Lumaire makes no representations that the course materials are error-free, complete, or current. AI is a rapidly evolving field — we make reasonable efforts to keep content current but cannot guarantee it reflects the latest developments at any given time.
Nothing in our training constitutes professional, legal, financial, or medical advice. Use your own judgment when applying any AI techniques or strategies in your professional context.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LUMAIRE AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SPECIFIC COURSE THAT GAVE RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lumaire and its owners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that harms Lumaire, other users, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to access course content ceases immediately. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to termination.
11. Governing law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Lumaire operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
